Fourteen sectors, one technical standard

Every sector works with different standards, materials and tolerances. In all of them, the same people are accountable.

Real cases

Three plants, three problems that weren't what they seemed

Automotive · Integrated logistics

Stable sequencing at a truck plant

We were brought in as a supplier of consumables. During the assessment we found failures in the triple sequencing: every engine and component had to arrive in exact order, with its serial number matched to the truck. We redesigned the process and integrated production and warehousing. Result: a stable, repeatable process, zero line stoppages due to sequencing.

Key value: optimizing critical processes without stopping production.

Automotive · Resilience

Operational continuity in the middle of the global chip shortage

With international logistics at a standstill, the plant was at risk of releasing incomplete units or shutting down entirely. We reorganized the flow, prioritized critical components and brought solutions in-house to reduce external dependence. Result: continuous production and zero incomplete units.

Key value: operational resilience in global crisis scenarios.

Industrial equipment · Costs

The real cost of every rush order

A global industrial equipment manufacturer needed to understand what it really cost to pull components off the line on a rush basis. We analyzed the entire process and quantified energy, transport and expedited logistics per decision. Result: full visibility of the financial impact and fewer unnecessary rush orders.

Key value: real data for strategic decisions.

Manufacturing for international markets

Producing in Europe or Asia is no longer the default. Higher energy costs, tighter delivery demands and fragile supply chains are moving part of that production to Mexico. What doesn't move is the standard.

Same specification

Parts are built to your drawing and your standard, not to a local interpretation. The drawings stay the same, and tolerances are not up for negotiation.

Close to your operation

An engineering change gets resolved in days, not in a shipping cycle.

A single point of contact

Fabrication, warehousing and delivery under the same accountable party, in the same time zone.
