Certification and quality

On the path to ISO 9001

We are implementing a Quality Management System aligned with the ISO 9001 standard, with the goal of certifying our processes in the near term. We say it this way, in progress, because we would rather you verify what we do have than doubt what we claim.

Where we are and where we are headed

In progressISO 9001Quality management system. Implementation underway.
FutureISO 3834Quality in fusion welding, for critical structures qualified by engineering.

What we commit to

We commit to delivering high-precision, reliable metalworking solutions that meet all applicable legal, regulatory and contractual requirements. Our policy is based on:

  • Continuous improvement of our processes.
  • Personal attention to every client.
  • Technical excellence and innovation.
  • Commitment to safety and sustainability.

Continuous improvement

We evaluate and optimize our processes on an ongoing basis, with regular internal audits and performance reviews.

Regulatory compliance

Drawing control, work orders and material traceability. Digitized, up-to-date documentation for every production lot.

Customer satisfaction

A formal channel for feedback and complaints through our help desk, with follow-up until each case is closed.

Quality cycle

How every part is controlled, from start to finish

Every part, lot or component has a record of materials, process owners and tests performed. That provides transparency, follow-up and control over time.

01Customer requirementsDrawing, applicable standard, tolerances, quantity and date. Feasibility review.
02Engineering and work orderControlled drawing, material assigned with certificate, process routing.
03Controlled fabricationCutting, bending and welding under parameters recorded per lot.
04Inspection and traceabilityDimensional and visual verification, record of responsible personnel and tests.
05Documented deliveryPart, material certificate and inspection record.
06FeedbackHelp desk, satisfaction survey and corrective actions that feed back into step 01.

Quality manual and documented procedures available on request for clients and auditors. Write to us at proyectos@versotechmx.com.

What is already in place today

Continuous improvement is part of our culture. We evaluate and optimize our processes on an ongoing basis, and we have internal quality control and traceability procedures on every project, documenting each phase of fabrication.

  • Quality and precision in every part and service.
  • Measurable operational efficiency.
  • Fewer errors and shorter lead times.
  • Documented traceability per project.

Health and safety policy

The goal of zero injuries and zero accidents is achievable and is part of our ethical responsibility and our daily work. Systematic hazard identification, emergency plans, a safe workplace for employees and contractors, training and supervision, and evaluation against measurable targets.

Environmental policy

We are gradually introducing environmental management criteria across five areas: legal compliance, responsible use of resources, awareness among partners and suppliers, indicators within an environmental management system, and public objectives reviewed periodically.

What buyers ask us before signing

Is Versotech ISO 9001 certified?

Not yet. Versotech has a quality management system with ISO 9001 certification in progress. We work under its principles (document control, lot traceability, internal audits) and will publish the certificate once it is obtained.

Do you provide a material certificate with the parts?

Yes. Each delivery can include the material certificate (mill cert) and the lot's dimensional inspection record. This is specified in the quote.

Which standards apply to my part?

The standard is defined by the sector and the application: NOM-STPS for machine guarding, work at height and ventilation; NOM-251-SSA1 for sanitary surfaces; AISC 360 / NMX-C-036 for structural work. It is set during the requirements review, before fabrication.

How do I report a complaint or a nonconformity?

Through the help desk or at proyectos@versotechmx.com. Each case is logged, analyzed and closed with corrective action. Our Terms set 3 business days after receipt for specification claims.
