Terms and conditions of service

1. Acceptance of terms of use

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Versotech products and services, including laser-cut industrial parts and associated services. By placing an order or using our services, you accept and agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Intellectual property rights

All designs, images, drawings, parts, processes, photographs and materials on our platforms and communication channels are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights of Versotech or its licensors. Their reproduction, modification or distribution without prior written authorization is prohibited.

3. Variation of products and services

Product images and information are for reference only and may change without prior notice. Products may vary in characteristics according to each client's specifications or manufacturing conditions. To confirm specific details, contact us at proyectos@versotechmx.com.

4. Use of platforms and internal systems

Versotech internal systems and tools must be used exclusively for authorized activities. We reserve the right to monitor use to ensure compliance with these terms.

5. Recruitment and talent

Information provided in recruitment processes will be used exclusively to evaluate job fit and to make contact regarding opportunities at Versotech, in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

6. E-commerce and online payments

6.1 Payment processing

Payments for laser-cut industrial parts and related services are made through secure platforms (Stripe, PayPal or bank payment gateways). The client is responsible for providing truthful and current information.

6.2 Prices and invoicing

Prices are stated in Mexican pesos (MXN) or US dollars (USD), as quoted. For invoicing, the client must send their tax status certificate (constancia de situación fiscal) to facturacion@versotechmx.com within the same month as payment.

6.3 Cancellations and refunds

Due to the nature of our products (industrial parts manufactured to the client's specific order), no refunds or cancellations are made once the manufacturing process has started. In the event of manufacturing defects, or if the product received does not meet the specifications agreed in writing, the client must notify Versotech in writing by email to proyectos@versotechmx.com within 3 business days after receipt of the product for evaluation. If the defect is confirmed, Versotech may, at its discretion, repair or replace the part or refund the corresponding amount. Claims outside this period will not be accepted.

6.4 Product delivery

Industrial parts are manufactured to the specifications approved by the client and delivered in accordance with the terms agreed in the quote. Delivery time may vary depending on material availability and workload.

6.5 Information security

Versotech does not store credit or debit card information. All payment information is processed securely by external providers that comply with security standards.

7. Confidentiality and data protection

Information shared by the client will be used solely for purposes related to the provision of services, in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and our Privacy Notice.

7.1 Confidentiality of projects and designs

Versotech, S.A. de C.V. undertakes to maintain strict confidentiality over all technical information, designs, drawings, renders, 3D models, CAD files and project documentation that the client shares for quoting or performance of services. Such information will be used exclusively for the provision of the contracted services and will not be shared with third parties outside the process, except where required by law or expressly authorized by the client. Versotech will apply physical and electronic security measures to protect such information against unauthorized use or access.

8. Limitation of liability

Versotech shall not be liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our parts or services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence attributable to Versotech, in accordance with applicable law.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, with submission to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico City.

10. Changes to the terms

Versotech reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be available on our official channels, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of such changes.
