• Technical information: IP address, browser, operating system, pages visited, date and time of access.
• Video images when entering our facilities, if necessary.

We do not collect or request sensitive personal data such as ethnic origin, religion, political opinions or health status.

Primary (necessary for the relationship):

• Contact you to follow up on your requests or questions.

Secondary:

At Versotech we understand that the projects, designs, drawings and technical files you provide to us during quoting or the performance of services are confidential information. 5. Use of cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve the functionality of our site, remember your language preferences and analyze traffic and browsing behavior. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; however, doing so may affect the functionality of the site.

6. Security measures

Versotech implements physical, administrative and technical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use. Only authorized Versotech personnel, business partners or service providers with confidentiality agreements will have access to your data, to the extent necessary to fulfill the purposes described.

7. Transfer of personal data

Versotech may transfer your personal data to competent authorities, in compliance with the law, and to service providers that assist us with the purposes mentioned, under the same privacy standards. We will not transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except for the exceptions provided by law.

8. ARCO rights

You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the use of your personal data (ARCO rights) by sending a written request to the Versotech personal data department, at the address above or by email to proyectos@versotechmx.com, Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 17:00.

The request must include: full name of the data subject; a copy of an official ID (INE voter card, passport, driver's license); a clear description of the data regarding which the rights are being exercised; and a means for communicating the response to your request.

Versotech will respond within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt of the request, notifying you whether it is granted.

9. Changes to the privacy notice

Versotech reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you through our website or through the contact means you have provided. We recommend that you check this Privacy Policy periodically for the most current version.
